Job summary

Impact Property Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient order processing. You will lead the team, coordinate with field contractors and office staff, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehousing and a High School Diploma or GED. RFMS experience is a bonus, and familiarity with flooring projects is advantageous. This is a full-time on-site position supporting a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Flooring industry experience is a plus.
• RFMS systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Train, develop, and evaluate warehouse staff and maintain productivity.
• Move materials between production, receiving and designated areas.
• Enforce company policies and support disciplinary actions as needed.
• Resolve problems and issues to maintain workflow continuity.
• Develop corrective actions to improve plant performance.
• Coordinate with onsite staff, contractors, and office team.
• Anticipate potential issues and plan preventative measures.
• Occasionally drive company vehicles for pickups or drop-offs.
• Assist in physical inventory counts.
• May perform facilities maintenance duties.

Impact Property Solutions is in search of a reliable and experienced Warehouse Team Lead. The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring that orders and work order processes run efficiently and accurately. This role acts as a key link between the warehouse, independent contractors in the field, and office staff to maintain workflow continuity, compliance with procedures, and high operational performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, work orders, and production tickets to determine daily make items.
• Participate in the training, development, and evaluation of subordinates.
• Move materials and items from production to receiving or other designated areas.
• Assist with enforcement of company policies.
• Assist staff in resolving problems/issues.
• Assist in developing corrective actions internally for plant.
• Support and adhere to all company disciplinary action procedures.
• Spend time anticipating potential problems and develops plans to prevent crises from occurring.
• Occasionally drive company vehicles to pick up or drop off needed products.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.

Physical Requirements

• May be required to stand for long periods of time.
• May involve some repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part container.
• Do to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
