Impact Property Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support daily loadout of contract installers and assist the shipping and receiving processes, while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and inventory structure.

The role requires strong attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to read orders, organize stock, and coordinate freight with carriers in a fast-paced environment. This position offers growth opportunities and exposure to flooring installation operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred and ability to operate forklift safely.
• RFMS systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving, loading & unloading trucks, and scheduling freight carriers.
• Read orders to determine items to move and distribute.
• Organize warehouse and maintain inventory by stacking, labeling, and shelving.
• Record quantities received or distributed in the computer system and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
