Job summary

Wayfair Cranbury, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to assist the supervisor in managing receiving, picking, packing, shipping and bulk operations. You will work as a working lead for up to 50% of your shift, focusing on safety, quality, and throughput.

Lead a team of 6-15 associates, delegate tasks, monitor UPH, and provide real-time coaching, training, and issue resolution. The role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations and PIV certification, with WMS experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• PIV certification is required; WMS experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team (6–15 associates), delegate tasks, and support production targets and KPIs.
• Lead safety, training, and daily briefs; provide real-time feedback and coaching.
• Control workflow, monitor dashboards, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound operations.
• Perform quality checks on inventory and uphold SOP compliance.
• Answer emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
