Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Belton, MO. You will oversee loading and unloading, assign work to warehouse staff, and ensure safety and quality in all processes.

You will lead by example, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with maintenance to address equipment issues, while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Strong emphasis on safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise execution.
• Oversee load/unload, outbound staging, and labeling of freight.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and liaise with maintenance.
• Advise on product care, equipment usage, storage, and shipping.
