Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in Belton, TX to oversee outbound operations and supervise a team of warehouse associates. You will assign tasks, monitor loading/unloading, ensure accuracy, safety, and quality, and collaborate with maintenance and shipping teams to meet customer needs.

The role requires at least two years in a warehouse, a high school diploma, proficiency with WMS and MS Office, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of warehouse experience and ability to supervise others.
• Forklift certification preferred and ability to operate MHE safely.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise outbound activities.
• Oversee loading, unloading, and staging to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards across the team.
• Complete reports and coordinate with maintenance and shipping teams.
