Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience, including distribution center, inventory, and transportation.
• Strong process improvement mindset focusing on continuous growth.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned function (receiving or shipping), providing direction to associates and troubleshooting issues.
• Assist in supervising inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Aid in inventory control training and execution of cycle counts and physical counts.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve inventory discrepancies and reporting.
• Ensure safe work environment by delivering safety training and enforcing procedures.
