Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a warehouse supervisor to manage daily operations, lead a team, and ensure accurate receiving, storage and shipping of materials. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and adherence to established procedures.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of supervisory and warehouse experience, plus a high school diploma or equivalent. A plus is an Associate’s degree and a strong alignment with Medline Core Values.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, shipping and reporting according to procedures.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and review operating procedures for efficiency and space utilization.
• Audit goods received into the warehouse and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
• Maintain timely and accurate routine paperwork and support a safe work environment.
• Lead day-to-day activities of employees, monitor progress, and participate in staffing decisions.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
