• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Coordinate and prioritize warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely handling of goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Locate and load product on truck, inspecting, labeling and reworking product as it is being loaded on trailers.
• Ensure that all orders are shipped accurately and safely.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and perform regular stock checks.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Enforce safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide feedback to team members and offer solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily activity logs, inventory reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, such as seasonal peaks or inventory audits.
