Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership, team lead, training, or similar experience in a fast-paced environment such as logistics, retail, warehouse, fulfillment, or operations.
• Strong hands-on operational skills and willingness to work alongside the team.
• Familiarity with warehouse, fulfillment, or supply chain processes.
• Exposure to operational performance metrics such as order accuracy, throughput, productivity, or cycle times is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between work sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support frontline team members to maintain smooth shift operations.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy, weight, and quality.
• Load approved packages onto delivery aircraft following safety procedures.
• Set up daily operations area and keep it clean, organized, and safe.
• Help manage inventory with daily counts and accurate stock levels.
• Maintain equipment and promptly report issues or safety concerns.
• Assist the Operations Team Lead with daily workflow and guidance.
• Coordinate onsite activities and cover leadership gaps when senior staff are unavailable.
• Promote safety and compliance and address operational concerns.
• Monitor workflow to help achieve targets for accuracy, throughput, and cycle times.
