Qualifications

• Oversee 25–30 workers in a warehouse or fulfillment setting with daily performance targets.
• Strong communication across shifts and managers to align priorities.
• Organize workflows and multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Proactively identify barriers and drive quick resolutions.
• Operate scanning devices and computer systems used in fulfillment.
• Stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and walk substantial distances daily.
• Maintain flexibility to work varying schedules, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow as directed by Shift/Department Manager to hit shift goals.
• Lead and train new-hire Athletes and provide day-to-day direction.
• Collaborate with managers to optimize throughput and quality.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time for fans.
• Leverage data and digital tools to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Uphold Code of Conduct and Fanatics core values in daily work.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
