Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the Omaha, NE site. You will coordinate receiving, inspections, and warehouse practices while maintaining inventory accuracy and driving team accountability.

You will lead daily stand-ups, design cross-training plans, and partner with the supply chain manager to balance workloads and maximize storage space through 5S+ initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in warehouse/receiving role.
• Valid driving license required to operate company vehicles.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; candidates within a 50-mile radius of Omaha will be considered.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all warehouse work of receiving incoming material.
• Perform inspections and improve warehouse practices; drive accountability of staff.
• Lead projects transforming from pull to push materials delivery.
• Document non-conforming materials (NCMR) and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and balance workloads with the supply chain manager.
• Lead daily meetings and escalate issues or concerns.
