Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Warehouse Kitting Lead in Wilsonville, OR to supervise daily kitting operations and mentor a hands-on team. You will partner with Production, Planning, and Supply Chain to prioritize work and resolve material issues while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-time support of production schedules, and continuous improvement through Lean practices.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or related environment.
Minimum 1 year as senior team member, trainer, lead, or informal leader.
Minimum 1 year forklift experience.
No relocation benefits; candidates within 50 miles considered.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Kitting team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate daily operations.
Coordinate labor resources, priorities, and resolve interruptions and shortages.
Oversee kitting and inventory activities to ensure material availability and accuracy.
Partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, Production, and warehouse teams.
Monitor metrics, maintain reporting accuracy, and support operational decisions.
Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen initiatives and support corrective actions.
Perform hands-on warehouse duties and operate certified equipment.
