Responsibilities include maintaining logs, preparing reports, and ensuring timely processing of goods receipts and issues. Requires strong Excel skills and multitasking ability.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma required.
• 0-2 years administrative/data entry, warehouse, logistics experience required.
• 3-5 years administrative/data entry, warehouse, logistics experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and data analysis.
• Strong organization, math, and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation for receipt tracking, goods issue, and audits.
• Answer requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with physical inventory.
• Maintain and distribute the daily trailer report.
• Communicate pertinent information to internal staff and BSH carriers.
• Assist in training and motivating new employees.
• Audit accuracy of system transactions for timely closure.
• Accumulate data for special reports and key metrics.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound drivers; verify trailer numbers and seals.
• Attach related documents to chain and deliver to the Key User.
