BSH Home Appliances Corporation – North America is seeking a Team Leader Fabrication for 1st shift in New Bern, NC. The role focuses on daily operations, safety, quality, and process improvement in the Fabrication area.

You will lead a team, ensure production targets are met, and foster teamwork while adhering to BSH production standards and ISO requirements. 0–2 years of technical manufacturing experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma – Required.
• Two-Year College Technical Degree – Preferred.
• 0-2 Years Technical Manufacturing Environment – Required.
• Good knowledge of resistance welding and sheet metal working.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fabrication operations for the assigned area.
• Enforce safety guidelines and participate in safety talks.
• Ensure quality standards and root-cause analysis as needed.
• Coach team members and drive process improvements.
• Maintain 5S and adherence to ISO quality standards.
