Role Description

The Warehouse Team Lead is a full-time, salaried position based on-site at our fresh food distribution warehouse in the Grand Rapids area (Walker, MI).

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate staff and drivers, and ensure deliveries stay on schedule. This role is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining warehouse and fleet readiness, and resolving day-to-day operational challenges while working closely with the team and management.

• Full-time, salaried position with benefits.

Schedule

• Thursday through Tuesday, with Wednesdays off.
• Typical hours are 5:00 AM to noon, with flexibility based on operational needs.
• Generally 40–50 hours per week.
