Job summary

Vitality Staffing Solutions LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to manage daily shift activities, assign tasks to team members, and serve as the primary on-floor contact for resolving operational or staffing issues.

You will coordinate inbound receipts, storage, order fulfillment and outbound shipments, train new hires, monitor stock levels with cycle counts, enforce safety and SOPs, and address attendance or performance bottlenecks to sustain productivity.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of general warehouse or logistics experience with some leadership background.
• Familiarity with a WMS and basic computer software like Microsoft Excel.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish - English).
