Job summary

Vitality Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our NJ facility. You will oversee team performance, coordinate inbound/outbound activities, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in warehouse/logistics roles, hands-on experience with WMS and Excel, and strong communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus for this position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics 3PL, or a related supply chain field.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Delegate daily tasks, manage shift schedules, provide hands‑on training, and motivate staff to reach performance goals.
• Operations Oversight: Monitor the intake of inbound goods, order picking, packing accuracy, and outbound dispatching.
• Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, audit stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate database records.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce SOPs and workplace safety protocols, and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and transport teams to ensure smooth logistics and on-time order fulfillment.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, labor shortages, and supply chain bottlenecks.
