Iron Mountain seeks an Operations Team Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This role manages daily logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective performance and meeting internal and external customer needs. The ideal leader fosters a productive environment that supports accurate inventory and timely shipments.

You will oversee flow, train staff, monitor KPIs, and generate reports to inform decisions, while maintaining safety and compliance in a dynamic fulfillment setting.

• 1–2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ability to monitor daily production goals to meet KPIs.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and managing team dynamics to maintain a productive environment.
• Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs; background check and drug screening after offer.

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Operations Team Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the Logistics Center in a cost-effective way, ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a leader who fosters a productive and efficient environment, directly contributing to our ability to satisfy customer demands.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and elevate employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision-making.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and expertly managing team dynamics to foster a productive, efficient, and cohesive work environment.
• Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role. Note: After an offer is accepted, all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Reasonably expected salary range: $51,400.00 - $64,200.00
