Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Manager of Warehousing/Inventory Process & Systems to lead standardization and modernize processes across 26 warehouses and 12 bases. You will drive WMS selection and integration with D365, automate tracking from shipment to receipt, and coordinate with IT, Finance, and operations to align with strategic goals.

You will oversee current state analysis, data foundations, and rollout planning, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing improvements while maintaining on-site

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Experience on a WMS implementation in a lead or core team role.
• Working knowledge of ERP-WMS integration; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Supply Chain Management strongly preferred.
• Experience with EDI or API integration to suppliers or carriers, including ASN-driven receiving.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, information systems, business, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on-site at warehouse locations for extended periods during assessment and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Current state assessment and design of standardized network-wide processes for receiving, put-away, cycle counting, staging, kitting, pick/pack, shipping, returns, and RMA handling.
• Lead tool selection, vendor evaluation, and define the architecture for D365 integration with IT and Finance.
• Manage supplier/carrier integration, including EDI and API data flows, ASN handling, and tracking automation.
• Plan rollout, training, and adoption, plus ongoing continuous improvement across the distribution network.
• Maintain reporting and analytics for senior leadership and ensure alignment with project-based distribution needs.
