Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Manager of Warehousing/Inventory Process & Systems to lead modernization across a 26-warehouse domestic network. You will design standardized processes, select a WMS, and implement ERP integrations, including D365 and Great Plains, with supplier and carrier data flows.

You will oversee rollout, training, and ongoing automation initiatives, reporting to the EVP of Integration and Operations, and will work on-site at multiple locations to ensure seamless transitions and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Experience on a WMS implementation in a lead or core team role.
• Demonstrated ability to convert manual processes to system-enabled processes.
• Knowledge of ERP-WMS integration, preferably MS Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead current state assessment and design standardized network-wide processes.
• Define data foundations for WMS implementation and master data cleanup.
• Oversee RFPs, vendor evaluations, and selection of warehouse management tooling.
• Define and implement D365 integration architecture and transaction posting logic.
• Manage supplier/EAI integration including EDI/API with trading partners.
• Roll out new tooling, pilot sites, training, and hypercare support.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across the distribution network.
