Job summary

Purolator International in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Fulltime Warehouse Support Representative to help manage daily warehouse operations by processing incoming packages and freight and preparing shipments for Canada.

The role includes physical tasks, data entry, emails, and Excel reporting. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, data entry experience, and be available Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm EST with a 30-minute break.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Data entry experience is preferred.
• Hands-on, physical role with lifting and moving freight.
• Proficient with email and Excel reporting.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, weighing, measuring, scanning, labeling and shipping following safety and customs rules.
• Load and unload packages from processing stations and trailers.
• Affix labels or placards to packages and pallets.
• Scan boxes from inbound staging area.
• Prepare bills of lading.
• Enter shipment details into the computer system.
• Cross-train in other warehouse roles as needed.
• Complete health and safety trainings as required.
