Job summary

Purolator International, based in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Support Representative to help process incoming packages and freight for outbound shipments to Canada. You will handle package processing, data entry, labeling, and dock operations in a fast-paced warehouse.

Expect a hands-on role with occasional forklift tasks, temperature variability, and a schedule Monday–Friday 1:00pm–9:30pm EST.

Qualifications

• Must have data entry experience and be able to process shipments in the computer system.
• Email platform and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel).
• Flexibility for occasional shift changes during peak season.
• Based on location, forklift experience may be required.
• Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions during the seasons.

Responsibilities

• Receive, weigh, measure, scan, label, and ship shipments while following safety, security, and customs regulations.
• Load and unload packages from processing stations/trailers.
• Affix labels or placards to the packages/pallets.
• Scan boxes from inbound staging area.
• Prepare bills of lading.
• Data entry shipment details.
• Cross train in other warehouse positions as needed.
• Complete health & safety trainings as required.
