Job summary

Purolator in Middletown, PA is seeking a full-time Warehouse Support Representative I to support daily warehouse operations at our Harrisburg facility. The primary duties include processing incoming packages and freight and preparing outbound shipments to Canada.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, labeling, scanning, preparing bills of lading, data entry, and basic Excel reporting. The role requires physical lifting (25–70 lbs), work in varying temperatures, and a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• This role requires data entry experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Outlook and Excel is preferred for email handling and reporting.
• Knowledge of handling shipments, pallets, and basic safety procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, weighing, measuring, scanning, labeling and shipping while following safety and customs rules.
• Load/unload packages, affix labels, scan inbound boxes and prepare bills of lading.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties and complete required safety trainings.
• Data entry into the computer system and basic Excel reporting.
