Purolator is hiring a Full Time Warehouse Support Representative I for our Memphis, TN facility. The role focuses on daily warehouse operations, processing incoming packages for outbound shipment to Canada, and maintaining accuracy with data entry and documentation.

Expect hands-on lifting, pallet handling, and data-entry tasks, with a mix of computer work and physical duties. Training covers dock procedures, safety, and system workflows; standard shift is 1:00pm–9:30pm EST.

Qualifications

• Physical, fast-paced warehouse role with lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Data entry experience and ability to process shipments in a computer system.
• Experience with email platforms and Excel preferred.
• Flexibility for peak season shift changes.
• Forklift experience may be required depending on location.
• Must work in varying temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, weigh, measure, scan, label, and ship packages per safety and customs rules.
• Load and unload packages from processing stations/trailers.
• Affix labels or placards to packages/pallets.
• Scan inbound boxes from staging area.
• Prepare bills of lading.
• Cross-train in other warehouse roles as needed.
• Complete health and safety trainings as required.
