Job summary

UNC Finance and Operations is seeking a warehouse/inventory support role to stock and organize inventory across MRO, housekeeping, and related warehouses. The position involves managing inventory records, providing customer service, and completing required documentation.

Additional duties include purchasing, vendor setup, reconciling vendor statements, processing invoice payments, responding to accounting inquiries, and resolving routine discrepancies.

Qualifications

Job description

This position supports the daily operations of the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO), Housekeeping (HK), Filter, Garage, Bench Stock, and Lumber warehouses. Responsibilities include stocking and organizing inventory, managing inventory records, providing customer service and completing required documentation. Other duties include purchasing and financial support activities, such as reconciling vendor statements, processing invoice payments, initiating vendor setup requests, responding to accounting inquiries, and resolving routine discrepancies.
