Job summary

UNC Finance and Operations is seeking a warehouse/inventory support role to stock and organize inventory across MRO, housekeeping, and related warehouses. The position involves managing inventory records, providing customer service, and completing required documentation.

Additional duties include purchasing, vendor setup, reconciling vendor statements, processing invoice payments, responding to accounting inquiries, and resolving routine discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Stocking and organizing stock across MRO, HK, Filter, Garage, Bench Stock and Lumber warehouses.
• Maintain inventory records and respond to customer inquiries.
• Support purchasing and financial activities including invoicing and vendor setup.

Responsibilities
