Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a warehouse supervisor to manage daily manpower, safety, and productivity on a swing shift. You will lead shift meetings, assign tasks, and ensure SOPs are followed while minimizing overtime.

Experience in warehouse operations and people leadership is required or alternative combinations noted in the education section. You will also train staff, track performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met.
• Manage work flows efficiently.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of SOPs.
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Swing Shift

• Regular Schedule: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Shift Coverage Requirements: Must have flexibility to work alternate shifts, including 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM, as needed to provide coverage for other Warehouse Supervisors.

• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
