Reyes Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan daily manpower for the current day and week, conduct daily shift meetings, and assign duties to ensure safety, service and productivity. This role involves training employees, maintaining productivity and reliability data, and supporting SOP adherence.

Education preferences include an Associate’s Degree with warehouse and leadership experience, or a High School Diploma with extended warehouse and leadership background; Bachelor’s Degree

Formación

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliabilityrequirementsare met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
