Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a warehouse supervisor to plan daily manpower needs, coordinate shifts, and assign duties to ensure safety, productivity, and on-time execution. The role requires leading teams, training staff, and maintaining performance metrics, with flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts.

A relevant degree and experience are valued. The position emphasizes strict safety standards, SOP adherence, and participation in various projects as needed by Reyes Holdings and its family

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3–5+ years warehousing and 0–1+ years people leadership.
• HS diploma with 5+ years warehousing and 2–3+ years people leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week while minimizing overtime.
• Hold daily shift meetings to communicate safety and operations messages; address questions.
• Assign daily work to warehouse staff ensuring safety, service, productivity, and reliability.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training and direction to ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR DAY SHIFT, NIGHT SHIFT AND WEEKEND WORK

Position Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily manpowerrequirementsfor current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliabilityrequirementsare met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
