Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Conroe, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan daily manpower needs, oversee shifts and ensure safety, service and productivity. You will lead daily meetings, assign tasks, manage workflows, and drive efficiency while minimizing overtime.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree with warehouse experience and some leadership, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A comprehensive benefits package is offered along with growth opportunities within the Reyes Family of Businesses.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR DAY SHIFT, NIGHT SHIFT AND WEEKEND WORK

Position Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily manpowerrequirementsfor current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliabilityrequirementsare met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
