Job summary

The role offers a $67,000–$71,000 base salary plus an annual bonus potential, 3.5 weeks of PTO, and a predictable 4-day schedule (3 consecutive days off) with a 3rd shift from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership experience
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Plan and satisfy daily manpower needs for current day and week while minimizing overtime
• Lead daily shift meetings and communicate safety and SOP messages
• Assign daily duties to warehouse workers to meet safety, service, productivity, and reliability targets
• Manage workflows efficiently and provide training and direction on SOPs
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities

• Warehouse Supervisors plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Warehouse Supervisors assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met
• Warehouse Supervisors manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
