Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Illinois to lead daily manpower planning, coordinate shift coverage, and supervise warehouse activities. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and compliance with SOPs.

Job description

• Shift Coverage Requirements: Must have flexibility to work alternate shifts, including 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM, as needed to provide coverage for other Warehouse Supervisors.

Work Schedule: Swing Shift

• Regular Schedule: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Shift Coverage Requirements: Must have flexibility to work alternate shifts, including 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM, as needed to provide coverage for other Warehouse Supervisors.

Position Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
