Job summary

SwiftX in Hayward, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Specialist to lead DSP operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across our warehouse network.

You will coordinate cross-border logistics from China to global markets, manage budgets and KPIs, recruit and onboard DSPs, design training, and oversee fleet resources, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to sustain high service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSP operations ensuring adherence to standards.
• Develop QA protocols and monitor performance.
• Oversee third-party warehouses for consistency.

• Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control
• Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences
