Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or coursework in business, logistics, supply chain, operations or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with inbound receiving, outbound shipping, or warehouse operations strongly preferred.
• Experience directing workflow, assigning work, and coaching employees.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and other departments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on the warehouse floor and stay active throughout the shift.
• Forklift or material-handling equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outgoing product is picked, staged, verified, loaded, and shipped accurately.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Identify discrepancies, damages, or inventory concerns and address them.
• Enforce established processes and customer requirements.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to employees.
• Partner with warehouse management, inventory, training, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures and performance expectations.
• Assist with attendance, performance, and disciplinary documentation as needed.
• Communicate shift priorities and updates to management.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and workflow.

Custom Assembly, Inc. is looking for an experienced and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Operation Manager with daily warehouse operations. This position plays an important role in making sure incoming and outgoing product is received, handled, and shipped accurately, safely, and efficiently.

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily inbound and outbound operations, coordinate workflow and staffing, and provide hands-on leadership to the warehouse team. We are looking for someone who is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily inbound, receiving, outbound, and shipping operations
• Assign employees and resources based on workload and operational priorities

What We're Looking For
