Job summary

Custom Assembly, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Operations Manager on the second shift in Huntsville. You will oversee inbound and outbound operations, coordinate workflow, and ensure accurate receiving, handling, and shipping.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year of supervisory experience, and the ability to train and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or coursework in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily inbound, receiving, outbound, and shipping operations.
• Assign employees and resources based on workload and priorities.
• Ensure incoming product is received, inspected, documented, and processed accurately.
• Ensure outgoing product is picked, staged, verified, loaded, and shipped accurately.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Identify discrepancies, damages, or inventory concerns and address them.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to employees.
• Communicate shift priorities and updates to management.
