Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a supervisor for our warehouse operations. The role oversees Package Handlers, trains teams, and enforces safety, production, and attendance standards to achieve high levels of efficiency and accuracy across the department.

You will lead a workforce in a fast-paced environment, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement while developing staff through structured training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures per department, station, corporate and OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implement employee development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Ensure ongoing orientation, skills and safety training, materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
• Ensure employees follow safety policies at all times.
