Comp: ~$75,000 Base + Bonus

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – Finish / Approx. 2:00 AM – 3:00 AM, earlier when caught up)

The Reality of the Role:

Company is growing fast. Because of that growth, it is "all hands on deck" right now. The leadership team is stable and supportive, but the hours are long because taking care of customers comes first. You will start at 3:00 PM and need the stamina to stay until the job is done (often 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM). If you have the hustle to lead through a peak growth phase, the upside and career progression here is massive.
