Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse associates throughout daily operations.
- Assign daily tasks, set expectations, and monitor team productivity.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, picking, packing, and material movement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and address discrepancies as needed.
- Work alongside the team on the warehouse floor and step in to support daily operations.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed.
- Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Address operational issues, bottlenecks, and delays to keep work moving efficiently.
- Train, coach, and support employees while maintaining clear performance expectations.
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Ensure employees follow established procedures and proper material-handling practices.
- Help improve warehouse processes, organization, workflow, and inventory procedures.
- Communicate operational needs, issues, and recommendations to management.
- Take ownership of day-to-day challenges and make timely decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
