Blue Harlan is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor (Outbound Dock) in Cranberry, NJ to lead an on-floor outbound dock team of 18 rockstars and own nightly dock operations for a 600,000 sq. ft. facility with 40,000 active SKUs.

The role demands stamina for long hours (3:00 PM – finish, often 2:00 AM–3:00 AM) and a frontline leadership style. You will supervise, coach, and motivate the team, drive safety and productivity, and relentlessly remove bottlenecks on the floor to ensure flawless

• Extensive experience leading large outbound dock teams.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, 40,000 active SKUs.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and long hours.
• Strong on-floor leadership and safety focus.

• Own the dock operations including nightly staging, loading and dispatching.
• Maintain high energy, morale, safety and production.
