WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR- NIGHTS (Finance)

Position Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of receiving, selection, and loading of products, maintaining productivity levels for hourly team members. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Desired Previous Job Experience

• 2-5 years supervisory experience
• High School diploma or higher education (degree preferred)

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• At least two years of leadership experience
• Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computer software, especially MS Word and Excel

Essential Job Functions:

• Communicate daily operational activities with fellow supervisors and managers
• Manage and promote safety and sanitation in all areas
• Plan production and staffing needs on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis
