Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate objectives for production teams.
• Enforce safety guidelines and standards.
• Organize workflows, schedules, and responsibilities.
• Mentor and coach employees.
• Monitor production output and quality.
• Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
• Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to safety, operational, and quality procedures.
• Support certifications like ISO 9001, HACCP, and others.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor.
• 5-10 years in manufacturing, preferably in paper or food industry.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma; technical or engineering degree a plus.
• Ability to manage a 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform related tasks.
