Job summary

Ruggable is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive safety, accuracy, and productivity. This hands-on role leads a team, coordinates inbound and outbound activities, and maintains inventory integrity while promoting Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), possess 3+ years of warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervision, and be proficient with WMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite or MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor staffing to meet demands and coordinate dock scheduling.
• Maintain 6S, inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates toward safety and productivity.
• Maintain WMS data integrity and conduct weekly safety observations.
