Job summary

Shipfusion is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to direct daily warehouse tasks, ensure picking, packing, and shipping meet safety and SLA standards, and lead a team of associates. You will train staff, collaborate with Supervisors to optimize inventory and processes, and maintain equipment levels in a fast-paced operation.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of warehouse systems are essential; English is required, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary softwares quickly.
• The desire and capacity to motivate coach and manage a growing team.
• An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced changing environment.
• Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations Supervisors to ensure deliverables are being achieved
• Work collaboratively with all team leads to support inventory counts, product moves, and management and maintain accurate supply and equipment levels
• Communicates openly and in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff or facilities
• Provide ongoing training and development if all warehouse associates
• Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the supervisor or management to support the overall goals and operations of the warehouse.
