Job summary

Solenis seeks a Warehouse Manager, 3PL Site Operations, to lead a distributed team across multiple 3PL locations. You will oversee inbound, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This role partners with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, and Procurement to drive service levels and inventory accuracy. You will balance hands-on site leadership with strategic network initiatives, develop staff, and optimize performance across partnered

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
7+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership.
Experience with WMS and SAP/ERP systems; ability to manage multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

Provide operational oversight of 3PL warehouse performance across receiving, put-away, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Lead a distributed team of Warehouse Liaisons; recruit, train, and mentor staff.
Monitor KPIs; drive corrective actions and root-cause analysis for issues.
Ensure safety, SOP compliance, and asset protection across sites.
Collaborate with Plant Ops, Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, Transportation, and Inventory Control.
