Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory and timely shipping. The role involves leading a team, enforcing EH&S standards, and driving Lean improvements across the facility.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years in warehousing, 2–3 years in supervision, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP. A forklift certification is required and compensation reflects a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO adherence.
• Maintain compliance with EH&S policies and DOT, EPA, OSHA regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Support cross-training and workforce development with the Material Handling Supervisor.
• Drive 5S, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate recycling activities and vendor services.
• Manage P-Card purchases and assist with contingency planning.
• Serve as backup to the Distribution/Warehouse Manager.

Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products. Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels. Administers an effective system that meets the organization’s inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $77,270.00 and $113,322.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
