Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory and timely shipping. The role involves leading a team, enforcing EH&S standards, and driving Lean improvements across the facility.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years in warehousing, 2–3 years in supervision, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP. A forklift certification is required and compensation reflects a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.
• 3–5 years of warehouse/manufacturing experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO adherence.
• Maintain compliance with EH&S policies and DOT, EPA, OSHA regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Support cross-training and workforce development with the Material Handling Supervisor.
• Drive 5S, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate recycling activities and vendor services.
• Manage P-Card purchases and assist with contingency planning.
• Serve as backup to the Distribution/Warehouse Manager.
