Job summary

You will hire and train staff, plan daily work, conduct performance appraisals and drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies. The role requires 3+ years of warehouse experience with supervisory responsibility and forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 3+ years in warehouse operations with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Lean methodologies experience is preferred; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping/receiving and inventory accuracy.
• Hire, train, assign daily work and conduct performance appraisals.
• Develop and maintain work instructions; adjust procedures to meet demand.
• Coordinate with other departments and ensure safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean practices.
