Job summary

FOX Factory in Gainesville, GA, is seeking a Supervisor for Warehouse Receiving Dock on 1st shift (5am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday). You will oversee shipping/receiving of finished goods, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage daily work.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, enforcing safety, developing work instructions, and driving continuous improvement through lean methods in a manufacturing setting. Forklift cert required; APICS CPIM certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with lean methodologies.
• Forklift certification.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and shipping activities including receiving, storage, and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions; support cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain work instructions; adjust procedures to meet customer commitments and schedules.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies; coach and evaluate staff performance.
