Job summary

Fox Factory, a leading designer and manufacturer of performance products for bicycles and powersports, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a 3+ person team on the floor in Gainesville, GA. You will optimize workflows, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean/5S knowledge, and a strategic mindset to improve efficiency and output in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with people leadership.
• Experience with controls and instrumentation is preferred.
• Strong leadership and 5S/Lean Manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Monitors workflow, process steps, and equipment to meet production goals.
• Schedules and assigns personnel to complete production plans.
• Ensures quality and safety standards are enforced on the floor.
• Analyzes data to improve efficiency and resolve issues.
