Job summary

FOX Factory in Gainesville, GA is seeking a production supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities, maintain quality, safety, and on-time delivery. You will organize workflows, mentor line staff and implement process improvements.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in manufacturing with leadership experience, lean manufacturing knowledge, and basic computer skills. HS diploma or equivalent required; 5S and continuous improvement familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership.
Strong leadership and lean manufacturing knowledge.
Good computer skills (Email, Excel).

Responsibilities

Direct and improve manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
Assist with inventory, packing, shipping/receiving and general facility maintenance as needed.
Plan staffing for daily and future production needs.
Monitor machinery, processes and layouts to recommend improvements.
May conduct safety and training programs for the production line.
Mentor line staff and facilitate problem solving.
Maintain and coach standard work practices across all processes.
